FAQs
Q: What kind of tarot reader are you?
I’m intuitive, honest, and growth-focused. I won’t sugarcoat the message, but I’ll always deliver it with care. My goal is to help you see what’s really going on, internally and energetically so you can move forward with clarity and self-trust.
Q: Do you predict the future?
Nope. I don’t use tarot to tell you exactly what’s going to happen. I use it to explore what’s unfolding, what you may not be seeing clearly, and how you can align with your own wisdom and direction.
Q: Can I ask about love, career, or a specific situation?
Yes, absolutely. You’re welcome to bring a question, a theme, or just general curiosity. I don’t read for third-party energy (e.g. "What is my ex thinking?") but I can help you explore your role, patterns, and decisions within any area of life.
Q: What if I don’t know what to ask?
Totally fine. “I’m not sure, but I feel off” is a valid starting point. You can come in open, and I’ll tune into what the cards are showing.
Q: Are your readings gentle or more direct?
A bit of both. I’m not here to scare or shame you—but I won’t avoid the truth either. If something comes up that needs to be seen, I’ll name it with compassion and give you tools to work through it.
Q: What’s the difference between your Zoom and email sessions?
Zoom sessions are live and conversational. We pull cards, talk it through, and follow where the energy leads.
Email readings are written and delivered to your inbox within 3 business days. You send your question or theme, and I send back a photo of your spread with a detailed write-up of what came through.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
I don’t offer refunds for completed readings or late cancellations. You can reschedule Zoom sessions with 24+ hours’ notice. For email readings, once I’ve started tuning in, the session is considered in progress.
Q: Can I book a session for someone else?
Only if they know about it and are open to receiving it. I don’t read on or for people without their consent.
Q: How do I prepare for a session?
You don’t need to do anything fancy, just show up as you are. You’re welcome to bring a question, journal a little beforehand, or take a few quiet moments to reflect. But if none of that happens? That’s okay too. The cards (and I) will meet you where you are.
Q: How often should I book a session?
That’s totally up to you. Some people come for a one-time clarity check-in, others return monthly or during life transitions. I don’t encourage dependency, but I do believe in check-ins when you’re feeling stuck, foggy, or in need of support. Trust your timing.
Q: Is your real name Sunny? Sunny is the name I use here at Sunny in the Twelfth. It reflects the energy I bring into this work. It is gentle, soul-centered, and rooted in my twelfth house sun. While it’s not the name on my ID, it’s absolutely real to me. I believe in showing up with heart and truth - and this name helps me do both while honoring a bit of privacy.
